A plan view of the 55,000 sq ft, main headquarters in Worsley, Manchester. The factory was purpose built for Wilkinson Star and constructed in 1998, it consists of:-

Warehousing	37,500 sq ft

Service Workshops	2,500 sq ft
A view of the offices taken from the car park. They accommodate the sales office, accounts department and marketing department. They also incorporate hi-tech training rooms, meeting rooms, a photographic/design studio and a fully equipped canteen for staff and customers.
A picture of the busy hi-tech sales office, it includes four, four person workstations plus four glass panel offices that are occupied by the office manager and other senior management. The office is also equipped with a  'state of the art' computorised telephone system, including several ceiling mounted, flat screen LCD information monitors.
The impressive, glass fronted two story main reception is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a lift for access to the first floor.
The 2,500 sq ft service workshop is equipped with the latest test rigs, six hydraulic lifting tables, weld test bays, service benches with fluorescent lighting and a fully computerised service office.
The warehouse has a capacity of over 2,000 pallet locations and is 37,500 sq ft. The warehouse was specially designed with extra eaves height to allow us to stack pallets much higher than we could in our previous warehouse. The racking was also designed in a narrow aisle configuration allowing for two extra aisles within the floor space. We also invested in special lifting trucks to operate in a narrow aisle environment.
